The technology combines radiofrequency and argon gas plasma, generating controlled thermal energy that allows for precise cutting, coagulation, and vaporization of tissue, stimulating skin retraction without the need for major incisions.

During the preoperative consultation, the surgeon assesses the extent of skin laxity, skin quality, and the areas to be treated, determining the most appropriate strategy. In some cases, the treatment may be combined with liposuction to further enhance the final result.

The treatment is performed using a special handpiece, whose shape and length vary depending on the area being treated. The use of very thin cannulas allows for minimal incisions, generally between 3 and 5 mm.

Argon gas plasma reaches temperatures between 60 and 80°C, stimulating fibroblast activity and increasing collagen production. This process promotes effective skin retraction and improved skin firmness.

At the end of the procedure, it is necessary to wear a compression garment for the next 30 days, in order to promote skin retraction and stabilize the result.

The post-operative course is generally well tolerated, with a progressive return to normal activities.
